Merging is one of the most common PDF jobs: a cover letter plus a CV, a contract plus its signed annexes, a stack of monthly invoices that your accountant wants as one file. The merged document keeps the original pages exactly as they were. Text stays selectable and searchable, links and vector graphics are preserved, and there's no loss of image quality because nothing is re-rendered. Within one merge task the free plan accepts up to 5 files per task at up to 10 MB each, and higher plans accept more and larger files. On a typical laptop, merging dozens of files with hundreds of pages takes a few seconds. If the final file is too big for an email or an upload form, run it through Compress PDF afterwards.
