Whether you found a bug, have an idea for a new tool or simply want to know how something works, we'd like to hear from you.

The easiest way to reach the pdfdots team is by e-mail at contact@pdfdots.com. pdfdots is operated by Mobtive, and messages to this address reach our team directly. We do not offer phone support or a contact form, which keeps things simple and means we don't collect more data than necessary.

What you can write to us about

We welcome all kinds of messages about pdfdots. To help us understand your message quickly, please include the name of the tool, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and which browser and device you used. Please do not send us your confidential documents unless we specifically ask for a sample and you are comfortable sharing it.

  • bug reports and conversions that did not turn out as expected;
  • suggestions for new tools or improvements;
  • questions about how a tool works or about our terms;
  • reports of abuse of the service.

Privacy and data protection requests

For requests about your personal data, such as access, erasure or objection under the GDPR or KVKK, write to contact@pdfdots.com and mention "privacy" in the subject line so that your message is prioritized correctly. Please tell us which tool or page your request relates to; and, if it concerns your account, write from the e-mail address you use to sign in, so we can find your data. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we process and what rights you have.

Response times

Before writing, you may find a quick answer on the tool page itself: each tool explains whether it runs in your browser or on our server, which file sizes it accepts (server tools accept up to 50 MB) and what its known limitations are. Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service answer most questions about data handling and acceptable use.

We read every message and aim to answer as soon as we can. As a small team, we cannot promise a fixed response time, but we do our best not to leave anyone waiting. Legal deadlines that apply to data protection requests are, of course, respected.
