Combine Multiple Images into One PDF

Sending ten separate photos when someone asked for one document is messy: they arrive out of order, some get compressed by the messaging app, and the recipient has to piece everything together. Combining the images into a single PDF solves all of that. On this page you can add as many JPG and PNG files as you like — photos of a multi-page contract, receipts for an expense claim, pages of handwritten notes, or screenshots of a conversation — and turn them into one PDF where each image is a page.

The order matters, so the file list is fully reorderable. After adding your images, use the up and down arrows to put them in the right sequence, then click Convert to PDF. A useful habit is to name or shoot the images in order, but you can always fix it in the list. On a phone you can select many photos from your gallery at once; on a computer, drag a whole selection from your file manager onto the drop area.

Because images are embedded without re-encoding, a document made of many phone photos can get large. If the result has to go through an email or an upload form, open Compress PDF next and set a target size — scanned-looking pages compress extremely well. Everything, including the combining step, happens in your browser, so personal photos and document scans are never uploaded to a server. You can add as many images as one task can handle, and there is no watermark on the finished PDF.

We prefer this approach over zipping the photos because a PDF opens on every phone and computer without extra software, pages always appear in the order you chose, and the recipient can print the whole thing in one go. For documents with many pages, we photograph them in portrait orientation against a dark, plain surface so the edges are easy to crop, and we avoid flash, which leaves a glare spot on glossy paper. If some pictures are screenshots, check that they are not tiny thumbnails; each image fills its own page, so a low-resolution file will look blurry when zoomed.
